ilody delivers to the uk, europe and international customers. some or our deliveries require a signature on receipt to ensure you receive your order safely. if you will not be at home during normal working hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address.

returns
we hope that you will be happy with your order. however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we would be happy to offer you a refund, exchange or replacement. please simply return the product to us in their unopened, unused, undamaged & original condition within 14 days of receipt. we will consider the condition of the goods before making a refund. unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods that are not in resale condition, unless you have had an adverse reaction. cancelling an order
should you wish to cancel your order or return damaged goods please notify us within 7 days from receipt of the product.
we recommend you send any returns by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
please contact us at info@ilodyskincare.com providing us with your order number, goods that you wish to return and reasons why and we can send you the appropriate forms. all refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and will be paid back to the original payment method.
please note that the postage or any other return costs will be the customers responsibility and will only be reimbursed by us in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
